At Inspire Performing Arts Center, we believe dance is about more than just steps—it’s about growth, confidence, and community. Our student-centered approach means we celebrate each dancer’s unique journey, meeting them where they are and helping them discover their full potential. With a focus on developing a growth mindset, we encourage dancers to embrace challenges, learn from mistakes, and celebrate progress every step of the way. Whether your dancer is just beginning or continuing to refine their passion, our studio provides a supportive space to grow, shine, and thrive—both in dance and in life.

With a wide variety of programs, it is our goal to help you find the perfect fit for your dancer!

MINI MOVERS & TINY TUMBLERS

Picture
Picture
Our Mini Movers and Tiny Tumblers classes are thoughtfully designed for our youngest dancers, providing a strong foundation in both movement and learning. Mini Movers introduces age-appropriate skills that support future training in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, and Hip-Hop, while Tiny Tumblers focuses on the fundamentals of Acrobatics in a safe, developmentally appropriate way for children ages 4 and under. Through engaging lessons that combine music and movement, students build essential skills such as gross motor development, spatial awareness, musicality, and social interaction. The Mini Movers curriculum was created by a licensed early childhood specialist and is aligned with the Ohio Fine Arts Learning Standards, ensuring a high-quality experience that nurtures both the dancer and the child.

BALLET & POINTE

Picture
Picture
Ballet is the foundation of all dance forms, built upon techniques that have been refined for centuries. Instruction emphasizes the fundamentals and vocabulary of ballet, with a focus on proper technique, body alignment, strength, and flexibility. Known for its grace, precision, and fluidity, ballet also serves as a vital building block for excelling in other styles such as jazz, contemporary, and lyrical. Classes include barre work, center practice, across-the-floor progressions, and choreography. Ballet training is available for all ages and experience levels, beginning with Level I. Student placement is determined by teacher recommendation to ensure each dancer receives the appropriate level of instruction and support.
Pointe technique is part of classical Ballet technique, in which the Ballet dancer supports all body weight on the tips of fully extended feet within specially made shoes called Pointe shoes. Dancing on pointe requires strength and years of ballet training. Participation in this class is by instructor recommendation only, the dancer MUST be 10 years or older. All speculative pointe dancers must be evaluated and approved by the IPAC staff.
